RETURN POLICY
We want you to be thoroughly happy with your order. If for any reason you are not, you may return your purchase for a full refund. Items must be returned to INK & PAPER within 30 days of the date your item was shipped. If the merchandise was defective due to an INK & PAPER error (as opposed to shipping damage), purchase and freight costs will be reimbursed; otherwise all freight costs related to receiving and returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. In order to receive credit for the full amount of the purchase, the item must be received by INK & PAPER in its original and unused packaging and in resalable condition.
Please inspect your items upon arrival. All damaged goods or incorrect orders must be reported to INK & PAPER either by email or phone 804 340 5550 within 48 hours of delivery to you.
Please insure your item, as lost shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
